6. Contact Form Data Processing

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information:

• Name: Your full name as provided in the form
• Email: Your email address for us to respond to your inquiry
• Message: Your message or inquiry content
• IP Address: Automatically captured for spam prevention and analytics
• User Agent: Browser/device information (collected for debugging, no personally identifiable data)
• Timestamp: When you submitted the form

We use this information:

• To respond to your inquiry within 1-2 days
• To notify our admin team of new submissions (your submissions are forwarded to our team's email addresses; the copies in their mailboxes are kept for up to 1 year and then deleted)
• To contact you regarding your inquiry

Why we're allowed to process it (lawful basis, Art. 6 GDPR):

• Name, email and message: your explicit consent — given when you tick the consent checkbox before submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw this consent at any time via the erasure link in our confirmation email or by contacting us (Art. 7(3)).
• IP address and browser information: our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)) — this data exists solely for spam prevention and is never used for marketing.

When your data is deleted, the entire entry — including your name, email, message, IP address and browser information — is permanently removed. Deletion happens automatically on schedule, and sooner if you request it.

How long we keep it:

• Spam entries: 14 days, then automatically deleted
• Valid entries: 365 days, then automatically deleted

Your rights:

• Right to access: Contact us via contact form or email
• Right to erasure: Request deletion within 30 days
• Data portability: Email us to receive a copy of your data
• Data accuracy: Contact us to request corrections
• Object to processing: Withdraw consent or object to data processing
